In ATLYSS, the choice of race plays an important role in shaping your character's identity. While each Atlyss race begins with a unique starting skill, these skills can be acquired by any race later through Skill Scrolls, making your racial choice primarily an aesthetic and roleplay decision.

Each of the Atlyss races offers unique customization options that align with their physical characteristics:

  • Poon: Ear length, antler options, tail types
  • Kubold: Scale patterns, tail size, horn variations

Gameplay Mechanics

Starting Skills

  • All racial starting skills can be obtained by other races through Skill Scrolls
  • Skills must be unlocked using skill points after reaching appropriate levels
  • Maximum of six skills can be equipped in the hotbar

Skill Acquisition

  • Purchase Skill Scrolls from NPCs
  • Obtain scrolls as loot drops
  • Use Tome of Unlearning to reset skill points
